Grahame Weatherley, F.C.I.I.
Grahame has been working with multi-national clients since 1980, initially as a multi-national risks underwriter in the London market with a large global insurer and latterly as a global account director for two of the world’s top five international brokers. He has also been instrumental in creating and running successful worldwide insurance broker networks.
Grahame’s approach is to look at the whole range of a client’s worldwide risk exposure in order to design and implement the most cost-effective risk retention and transfer programme. This involves identifying the optimum combination of global and local policies and balancing central and local service, underpinned by the provision of high quality technical input and data.

Judith Williams, BA MSc ACIS
Judith is a Chartered Secretary with a Masters in Corporate Governance. Able to provide advice and Company Secretarial support for companies, charities, trusts, associations etc., she has worked for a variety of organizations, including major multi-national companies and a UK regulated financial institution.
Her experience as an insurance buyer has given her insight into the needs of international organisations. During her career, Judith has managed global insurance programmes, worked with in-house captive insurers and been responsible for the selection and oversight of brokers.
Grahame has represented a wide range of clients, from major global corporations to SME businesses taking their first steps overseas. His experience includes working with clients’ captive insurance companies, co-ordinating local brokers in more than 140 jurisdictions and placing global insurance programmes in the UK, USA and other key markets.
